Barra Bronzes win the Times Festive Great Taste Awards 2017

We are overjoyed to have been announced by the Times as winners of this year’s foodie awards, chosen by chefs, restaurateurs and critics.  This is what they said;

“Carves into excellent slices with a pleasant texture and the dark meat has a good bite. The decent layer of fat under the skin adds savouriness.”
