Not a turkey lover as I have found them very dry in the past. However my turkey crown was absolutely delicious, succulent with an amazing taste. Our first turkey crown from Barry Bronzes. Great service before we ordered and beautiful bird. A bit of a wobble with FedEx on delivery day – no tracking number from FedEx and had to chase FedEx. In the early afternoon when we hadn’t heard . Was on the web chat when the doorbell rang and the cheerful chap arrived with the Turkey. – phew ! Would order again as couldn’t fault the quality but the Delivery experience could be improved.

We had some logistical issues with Fed-Ex this year and they “lost” our Turkey crown… After a few fraught phone calls with Beth then eventually Craig at Barra Bronzes, they team came up with a plan to get my Turkey crown hand delivered on Christmas Eve – panic over.
The cooking of the crown is straightforward as per instructions and the meat was incredible. Christmas dinner was saved and the Turkey was exceptional. Will be back next year for the third Xmas in a row – you really can’t fault them!
