This is the second year of ordering a Barra Bronze turkey crown and my word we were not disappointed – the meat was moist, full of flavour, the skin was thin & crispy & it roasted beautifully – just the best ever & I have tried them all ! I have to commend the customer service team too as on Christmas Day I mislaid the roasting instruction sheet & called their helpline not expecting anyone to be there.
