Both collection and delivery options come in our cooled box. We advise keeping the turkey in the fridge until it is ready to be cooked on Christmas Day.

Our first time ordering from Barra Bronzes and by far, the best Turkey that we have ever tasted. We will definitely be ordering for next year. We could tell that the Turkey had been reared carefully and considerably and had plenty of room for it to exercise and that it was well fed by the quality of the meat- It was A dream to carve and so tasty and succulent. It was an expensive decision from what we have paid in the past, however, you get what you pay for here and it’s well worth the time and dedication from Barra’s in producing and delivering such an excellent bird. It’s the most important meal of the year so don’t hesitate- You won’t be disappointed! Easy to cook and well packaged and kept cool with cool packs. Looking forward to our next Christmas dinner!

This was the first time I ordered from here and thought it an excellent choice, so I will be back next year. If I’m spared! The collection service was excellent. It would have been even better if I had used the entrance I was told to. The crown I ordered was beautifully plucked and presented. I like to brine my turkey before cooking and this produced a beautifully moist, tasty and succulent meal. The giblets made a lovely stock and gravy.
The temperature pinger that was supplied didn’t work properly – it still hadn’t popped out when the core temperature had reached 80 deg C so could have resulted in a very dry turkey if I’d relied on that.
