Both collection and delivery options come in our cooled box. We advise keeping the turkey in the fridge until it is ready to be cooked on Christmas Day.

Our second Barra Bronze Turkey this year and it was a pleasant reminder of just how good these birds are. Spend the extra, take the time to make decent stock and follow the cooking times for the most succulent Turkey. We like to cook ours with some fresh rosemary and thyme.

Can’t fault this product & service. Delivered & packaged as stated, so it was easy to store out in the shed until Christmas Day. The turkey crown was succulent & tasty. And importantly I wanted to buy a turkey that is ethnically farmed & well looked after. Turkey delicious and punctual delivery. Ordered size 3-3.99 kg. Turkey crown with wings weighed just under 3kg, or 3.1kg when adding the giblets.. At £25/kg plus £14 delivery I thought my bird could have been a slightly more generous size. Would re-order if you promise to send a bigger bird next time.
