Both collection and delivery options come in our cooled box. We advise keeping the turkey in the fridge until it is ready to be cooked on Christmas Day.

This is our third Barra Bronze turkey crown. Used a cooking thermometer rather than the pop-up(which is hard to keep an eye on if the bird is breast down). Removed from oven at 70degrees and rested for half an hour – it was perfect. Great taste and texture. It fed 5 people for two meals and we still have quite a lot to freeze. Will be back next year. Our first barra bronze – a 4.8kg turkey crown. It was very easy to cook and a dream to eat. Only slight negative was that it arrived the day after scheduled and there was no contact which caused a bit of stress on Christmas Eve!
