Both collection and delivery options come in our cooled box. We advise keeping the turkey in the fridge until it is ready to be cooked on Christmas Day.

This is the second Christmas we have enjoyed a Barra Bronzer.
It’s full of flavour and comes beautifully presented ready to pop in the over. It also has a handy pop out thermometer to let you know it’s been cooked properly.

Our Barra Bronze Turkey didn’t disappoint yet again. We cooked it overnight in the AGA simmering oven and it was juicy and tender and tasted delicious.. I used the giblets to make Turkey stock for the once a year I make my own gravy, it was perfect. The cranberry sauce was a lovely touch. Thank once again for making our Christmas meal one to remember.
