I hosted Christmas at mine this year and was wanted the best quality everything . I’m originally from west Africa and we are big on flavor and spice . I cut up the Turkey into breast , legs and wings, dry brined the Turkey with salt for 3 days and cooked it , I also used the carcass for a wonderful gravy . The Turkey with just salt in its own was nothing short of fantastic . It was the show stopper on the day . My family couldn’t believe I had only flavored it was salt .
