Fantastic bird, sustainable is the way to go, however this year’s prices mean I’m getting a 6kg bird for the same money I paid for a 9kg bird in 2020. .that’s a big hike, so it looks like I may have to find another supplier in future, unfortunately.

We ordered a large turkey and a turkey crown and both arrived timeously in perfect condition, as they have for the last 3 years now, despite our remote location (isle of Skye). As lockdown ended with just the 2 of us instead of 7 – 9 we have had to freeze the birds for a family reunion in 2021 when covid19 and lockdown are just words we used to use. Previous years have been tasty birds which brings us back to Bara bronze year after year.
