Each turkey is trussed, wrapped in greaseproof paper and comes with a sprig of herbs, cooking instructions and a pop-up thermometer. Each box is double insulated and contains a cooling pack to ensure your Premium Barra Bronze Turkey remains fresh for the big day!

I used to order a Barra Bronze as a Christmas treat for my Dad every year, but he passed away last year at 102 years old and I decided to order one for myself this year. Everyone who ate it here on Christmas Day agreed that it was the best turkey they had ever tasted – and all I did was throw it in the oven with some vegetables and herbs for 3 1/2 hours (no covering, no basting). The gravy from the bottom of the roasting pan was awesome. I will now buy a Barra Bronze for myself every year !

Every year we order to London!
This is hands down the best turkey there is! How great is it to just put it in the oven and forget about it! No cover/ no wasting time basting it constantly, it’s so easy and very tender.
I have been ordering from Barra for about 7 years. We now live in London from Aberdeen so shipping isn’t an issue. We are never disappointed and thinking today we should’ve ordered a bigger turkey bc it was fine in seconds. The cranberry sauce was yummy too!
This year we went with a sustainable bird and couldn’t tell the difference. I’m happy that the turkeys have a nice life an a beautiful farm and are fed healthy feed. Thank you Craig for always making our holidays easy and tasty!!

Hello , i live in Dundee , I bought my Barra turkey online and it was delivered a few days before Christmas by FedEx , it was expertly packed with frozen ice packaging and looked lovely clean and fresh im impressed I will buy here again because it’s getting more and more difficult to get fresh Turkey so many even in butcher shops these days are frozen turkeys.
The cooking instructions with the little pop up thermometer saying when it’s ready is such a clever and reliable idea well done.
The turkey looked and tasted sublime we were all so happy and devoured it over two days.
I love that these turkeys are reared outdoors in apple an orchard and a pear orchard and fed with grain too.
